Signetic Release Note: Introducing the Care Events Application

Signetic is thrilled to announce the launch of its new Care Events application. This powerful feature is designed to simplify the creation, management, and tracking of healthcare service events for pharmacies. The Care Events application streamlines everything from event setup and patient registration to consent collection and reporting, all within one unified workflow.

Key Features of this Update:

Care Events Home Page

The new Care Events Home Page provides a centralized dashboard to view and manage all created events in one place. Users can quickly sort events by status (Active, Upcoming, Completed, Cancelled) and location, making it ideal for organizations that manage multiple sites. A "Create New Event" button at the top-right makes event setup fast and easy for pharmacies and healthcare providers.

Patient Self-Registration & Management

Each event automatically generates a unique registration URL that can be shared with patients for self-registration. Patients can easily enter their details, select their insurance or out-of-pocket payment, and provide consent. Staff can view and manage registered patients through a comprehensive patient list or by using the new bulk import feature. The bulk upload process includes a validation screen that flags errors and prevents the import of duplicate records.

Consent & Encounter Management

The module simplifies the consent collection process, offering three convenient methods: email links, document uploads, and in-person collection. Users can also send bulk consent requests to multiple consent authorities at once. After consent is collected, staff can create encounters, which automatically sync with the staff app for visibility and management. A new Bulk Encounter Creation feature allows staff to generate encounters for multiple patients simultaneously.

Reporting and Analytics

The new Reports tab provides actionable insights into event performance, including total patient enrollments, consent rates, and services administered. Data is presented in a clear, easy-to-interpret format with bar charts and pie charts, helping pharmacy managers to track progress and make informed decisions.
