Signetic Release Note: Introducing Dynamic Service Duration and VFC Eligibility Reason Collection

We are thrilled to announce the latest update of the Signetic App that brings you powerful features to make scheduling even more efficient and tailored to your needs.

Rolling out "Dynamic Service Duration" - a game-changing feature that allows advanced service scheduling based on unique time requirements. With this feature, you can create schedules at the clinician level for the services they can provide. Users will now be able to see the total percentage of bookings done for each schedule, and select a time interval for each schedule independent of the service duration. Patients will see schedules adjusted based on the service selected and schedule configuration.

In addition, we're introducing VFC Eligibility Reason Collection in our Staff App. Staff can now add eligibility reasons during fulfillment, which is important for documentation and IIS reports in some states. Fields that have been added are Eligibility Reason and Screening Date, which are saved in appointment detail in the Manager Portal.

Along with these new features, we've also made some fixes and enhancements to improve the overall user experience. Patients will now see "service types" on the patient portal landing page, based on the order set in the Service Type setup (Manager Portal). This allows priority services to be arranged accordingly.
